Emotions are a beautiful thing...

... they give us feedback about our surroundings and what's going on inside of us. Sometimes, though, they aren't coming from the present moment and they're interfering with our daily life. Being able to recognize these "negative" or unwanted emotions, validate them, and find healthy and sustainable ways to move through them, is pivotal in allowing emotions to be simply what they are, and not let them take over our lives in a way that truly stops us from achieving what we want.
